How can I add UK Testerclub to my email Safe Sender list?
To make sure you receive our emails, please add the domain name of our email provider to your safe sender list. In addition, if you find email from us in your spam or junk folder, you will need to tell your email software that it's not spam by hitting the "not spam" or "not junk" button. This action will tell your email program it should allow emails from this address in the future.
Do you have any studies I could participate in soon?
We always have a variety of tests running from product testing or discussions about the products. Each study has unique requirements based on the Research team needs. Recruitment screeners are sent out for upcoming studies, to determine your eligibility. Keep an eye on your email or bookmark 'Available surveys'.
How much do I get paid for participating in a study?
C For each study the incentive amount may vary, the amount is based on your time, travel and effort required. The compensation details will be provided in the confirmation email. Compensation is done via points that you can earn and redeem for e-gift vouchers.
Value of 100 points = 1GBP
Your earned points will be added to your account 10 working days after you have completed a study. If you do not receive your points within this time frame, please contact us so we can resolve this issue
I just finished a study, how long do I have to wait before I qualify to do another one?
The great news is you don't have to wait because we work with a variety of product types. You just need to watch your email for qualification surveys/screeners. Please be sure to check your email often.
How do I get on your list to do studies?
All you need to do is register on our website by clicking the REGISTER button at the top of the page and complete the survey. After we receive your registration, watch your email for qualification surveys/screeners to determine your eligibility for upcoming studies.
If I bring a friend, can they do the study as well?
No, all of our studies require specific panellist requirements and must be qualified and scheduled in advance to participate. Please invite your friend to register on our website to become a panellist for future studies.
Can I bring along my kids? Do you have childcare?
We do not provide any childcare services. Unless the child is selected to participate in a study with children, they are not permitted in our test location. Your child(ren) are neither allowed to attend the research for which you have been selected to participate nor can you leave them in a waiting area. If you arrive with any child(ren), you will not be able to participate and there will be no compensation.
Note: the only exception is for the panellists who are either picking up or dropping off the product (just in and out).
I have family and friends who would like to participate in research as well, where can they subscribe for the panel ?
If your family and friends live in the UK, you can share the link of this portal and request them to register or go to INVITE FRIEND tab upon log-in and invite them by submitting their e-mail address.
How do I know whether or not I qualified for a study?
After completing the recruitment screener, you will be contacted via email within the specified time frame, with the next steps to participate in the research. If you do not hear from us within the time frame, it means that you are NOT eligible to take part in that specific research.
Please look out for upcoming tests that you might be eligible to take part in.
I have just got an email that states I qualify for a study. What should I do now?
Congratulations you are eligible! You meet the recruitment criteria for the test, you will receive an email with instructions about the test, please read them carefully before agreeing to take part. In case you have any additional questions, please send us an email via the contact details in the confirmation.
Why do I not receive emails regarding future studies or getting selected to participate anymore?
There might be several reasons for not getting emails from us. Sometimes, panellists experience email limitations with their provider. It also can be that at this particular moment we don’t have studies suitable for your profile. Another reason is suspension or removal from the platform. Due to our study design, panellist’s participation is vital for the research. Panellists who do not show up or do not participate, partially jeopardise the integrity of the whole study. Due to circumstances beyond your control, we understand you may no longer be able to participate in the research, we kindly request from you at least a 24 hours’ cancellation notice, to maintain the quality of the study. If you happen to miss an appointment and we do not receive any notification, you may be removed from our program.
Can I fill out surveys using my mobile phone?
Yes, you can access surveys on any device (Smartphone, tablet, computer) that has an internet browser and is connected to the internet.
I completed the qualification survey/screener wrongly, can you resend it?
Unfortunately, your answers were captured and the survey can only be completed once.
